Missed appointment will result in an additional $35-60 (your pick up fee) rescheduling fee.

Pick-up Policy

  1. Our truck will arrive between 8:00am and 6:00pm on your scheduled day of service. 

  2. Our drivers do NOT knock on doors or make phone calls prior to arrival. This is to ensure a fast and safe grab and go schedule for our busy drivers.

  3. All mattresses must be outdoors at ground level visible from the address provided. (Alley ways are okay) we are not insured to enter dwelling units and retrieve mattresses from customer.

  4. In addition to these location specific pick-up fees, we charge a $20 per piece recycling fee on residential pick-ups. 

  5. Our schedule can be very full and, if possible, we recommend being in touch about a week before you need the mattress to be picked up. We will always try our very best to work with your schedule. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations can be made until 8:00am one business day before your scheduled day of service. We check all messages and emails by 8:00am daily. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us via email no later than 8:00am  one business day before the day of your scheduled pick-up.

  2. Cancellations made in advance allow our team the opportunity to organize our busy pick-up schedule. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: All mattresses for pick-up must be easily accessible and at ground level, we are not insured to enter dwelling units and retrieve mattresses.
