Pick-up Policy

  1. All mattresses must be outdoors at ground level. We are not insured to enter dwelling units and retrieve mattresses

  2. Our truck will arrive between 6:00am and 6:00pm on your scheduled day of service. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. A $35 fee will be charged for missed appointments. 

  2. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us VIA EMAIL HERE no later than 24 hours by the day of your scheduled pick-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What days of the week do you pick up?

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; not on Wednesdays or weekends.


Do I have to be home?

No. For your convenience we require your pieces be outside on ground level by 6:00 a.m. on the day of your pick up .


Can you help me bring it down from a bedroom?

No. We cannot enter your home.  Mattresses must be outside, on ground level.


What if I'm outside of the area you serve?

Call us. We might be able to work out an arrangement.


What if I need to cancel?

EMAIL us no later than 24 hours by the day of your scheduled pick-up to avoid a $35 cancellation fee.


How soon came you come?

Our schedule is 3-5 days out. If you need faster, call us and for an additional pick up fee we can let you know if an earlier pick up is available.


What time will you come?

Between 6:00 am and 6:00pm.
